The HOME program is permanent housing for people with mental illness. UHCSC provides
housing and
case management. It works closely with Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Mental
Health Center. Shelter Plus Care provides permanent housing for people with mental
illness. Spartanburg Area Mental Health Center provides case management for this
program. Assessment for these programs is done at the mental health centers.
