You may have a skill set that matches our volunteer needs for The Bridesmaid's Ball, the annual Upstate Homeless Coalition gala to be held March 2, 2013.
Our residents are delighted to move into their new homes after experiencing homelessness, but they sometimes lack basic household goods like sheets, towels, cleaning supplies and kitchen items. To fulfill their needs and have some fun in the process, you might think about hosting a mock housewarming party with friends or co-workers. Guests bring wrapped gifts that match items on our current "wish list."
