Upstate Homeless Coalition of South Carolina (UHCSC) is a HUD certified Housing counseling agency. We provide the following:

Certified Housing Counselors are available to assist in-person at UHCSC offices in Greenville, Anderson, and Seneca by phone. Services are free of charge. • Upcoming Mortgage Assistance Workshops

  Households behind in mortgage payments are invited to attend a free Mortgage Foreclosure clinic. The clinic will assist homeowners in taking steps to resolve mortgage arrears and prevent foreclosure. Pre-registration for the clinic is required.
