Upstate Homeless Coalition of South Carolina (UHCSC) is a HUD certified Housing counseling agency. We provide the following:

Certified Housing Counselors are available to assist in-person at UHCSC offices in Greenville, Anderson, and Seneca by phone. Services are free of charge. Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic
Households behind in mortgage payments are invited to attend a free clinic on Tuesday evening, August 3rd at the CLEMSON COMMUNITY CARE 105 ANDERSON HIGHWAY, Clemson, South Carolina at 6pm. The clinic will assist homeowners in taking steps to resolve mortgage arrears and prevent foreclosure.
