Thank you for your interest in supporting the
Upstate Homeless Coalition.

You are helping to change someone’s life:
The Upstate Homeless Coalition has many functions and programs designed to raise money for the families that qualify for housing. Your monetary donation will go a long way to helping everyone in our community to have a place to call "home."

We have listed some of our major programs below that you can choose to support so that we can have the funding to do what needs to be done to house needy people in the Upstate of South Carolina.

You can even make a simple and secure donation on-line that only takes minutes but could have an affect on a family that could last a lifetime. You can choose the donation designation that is right for you.

If you are interested in donating by any of the following means please follow the links or contact Linda Wilson via e-mail or by phone at 864-770-0710.

  1. Make a financial donation in honor or in memory of someone:  That person or the family will receive a lovely card acknowledging the gift on their behalf. Please e-mail Linda Wilson for more details. Or you can donate on-line and choose the donation designation of a simple Individual Donation.

  2. Come to our annual Bridesmaid’s Ball fund-raiser:  Tickets are $60.00 per person. We also need silent auction items and volunteers to be a part of the planning committee or help during the event. If you are interested in volunteering for "The Ball", call Linda Wilson at 864-770-0710. You can Purchase tickets on-line by choosing the donation designation of Ball Tickets/$60 each. You can choose one of our options in multiples of $60 or type in the total dollar amount if you are purchasing a larger number of tickets.

  3. Bridal Showers:  Have a Bridal Shower for the Upstate Homeless Coalition. Guests would be asked to bring items that will be given to the new residents in the Upstate Homeless Coalition’s programs. Some gift ideas include towels, sheets, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen items. Please call Linda Wilson for more details at 864-770-0710.

  4. Sponsor Someone for Christmas:  Please call Linda Wilson for more details at 864-770-0710.

  5. Getting married?  We are an approved charity on the IDO Foundation website. Go to www.idofoundation.org and register the Upstate Homeless Coalition as your favorite charity and start your bridal registry. There are many registries, such as Macy’s, that will give us a percentage when someone buys on-line off of your registry. It is a great way to give back.

  6. Send us a check in c/o Linda Wilson:  Our address is 150 Executive Center Drive, #B211, Greenville, SC 29615.

  7. Learn about the issues that affect poverty and homelessness and advocate.
