Housing Needs Assessments -
In the fall of 2003, Tremont Consultants performed a housing needs
assessment for the
following counties: Greenville, Anderson, Spartanburg, Cherokee, Laurens,
Union,
Pickens, Oconee, Greenwood, Abbeville, McCormick, Edgefield, and Saluda.
